Heerberg Executive Council

The Heerberg Executive Council represents the highest strategic authority within the Heerberg organization. The Council defines the long-term vision of the company, supervises the international structure, and ensures that all operational entities function within a unified global framework.

The Council appoints the Managing Directors of the Governing Chambers and oversees the global coordination of Heerberg’s services, projects, and structural development.

Governing Chambers

Heerberg operates through regional entities known as Governing Chambers. Each Chamber is responsible for supervising operations within its respective country while remaining connected to the global system coordinated by the Executive Council.

The Chambers allow Heerberg to maintain strong local presence while ensuring international cooperation and coordination between different regions.

Global Interaction

Although each Chamber manages its own regional operations, all Chambers operate within a shared global system. Daily interaction between the Chambers allows knowledge exchange, project coordination, and international cooperation.

This structure allows Heerberg to operate simultaneously as a locally active organization and as a globally coordinated network.
