Office Structure

Office Structure

Heerberg operates through a structured office system designed to support international coordination while maintaining strong regional leadership. The office structure reflects the governance model of the organization and allows operations, employees, and projects to be managed efficiently across different countries.

Central Strategic Leadership

The strategic direction of Heerberg is defined by the Executive Council. This leadership body establishes the overall vision of the organization and ensures that the office structure remains aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.

Through this central leadership, the organization maintains stability and consistent standards across all operational regions.

Regional Governing Chambers

Heerberg’s offices operate through regional entities known as Governing Chambers. Each Chamber represents the operational center for a specific country or region and is responsible for managing the organization’s activities within its jurisdiction.

The Chambers in Türkiye, Belgium, and India form the primary operational pillars of the current Heerberg structure.

Managing Directors

Each Governing Chamber is supervised by a Managing Director appointed by the Heerberg Executive Council. The Managing Director is responsible for daily leadership, operational supervision, and coordination of the regional office environment.

This role ensures that the strategic direction defined by the Executive Council is translated into practical execution within each regional office.

Regional Teams

Within each office, teams of employees and collaborators contribute to operational activities such as project coordination, market research, communication, and administrative support. These teams operate under the direction of the Managing Director of their respective Chamber.

Regional teams ensure that the organization can respond effectively to local market environments while maintaining the discipline of the global structure.

Cross-Office Coordination

Although offices operate within their own jurisdictions, they remain connected through Heerberg’s internal communication and coordination systems. This interaction allows offices to cooperate across borders, exchange knowledge, and contribute to shared initiatives.

Cross-office coordination strengthens the organization’s ability to manage complex projects and maintain consistent operational standards worldwide.

Operational Discipline

The office structure of Heerberg is designed to maintain discipline, accountability, and clarity of responsibility. Each office operates within defined roles while remaining part of a larger international framework that ensures coordination and oversight.

Growth of the Office Network

As Heerberg continues to develop its international presence, additional offices and operational units may be established where appropriate. Expansion of the office network will follow the same governance principles that guide the current structure.

This allows the organization to grow while maintaining stability and operational coherence.
